We won't be coming back here. When we first sat down at our table there were ants crawling on the menu and the sides of the booth. That should have been our first warning. But it was pouring out and we decided to stay and just move to a different table. The server never brought my water and the second time I asked it finally came out with our food. The food was a another issue. It took over half an hour to get a club sandwich and burger. They were not busy. My boyfriend's fries were under cooked. The only good thing I had to say about this place is the draft beer is cheap. But there is no way we would give this place another shot.

Won't be going back here...NO NO NO... we went with a pretty large group. Food came out very very very slow. Most of the orders came out wrong. One person had the cheeseburger and the bun was so stale that she sent it back...second one came out the same. My order was wrong. One person got their food as the rest of us were ready to go.... If you want cold food, mediocre quality and wrong orders, this is the place to go... we would have been better off at Hardees.

I don't know why I came to this place with such high expectations. I saw the menu online and was amazed at how extensive it was, so I decided to talk my husband into a lunch date. Boy oh boy was I wrong! The server, Stacy, was incompetent in terms of the menu. My husband ordered the combo of 10 wings and 8 tenders, both dipped in sriracha-Yaki sauce, and I ordered a cobb salad and the 1/2 order of rockefeller oysters. For his chicken and for my salad, we both requested blue cheese dressing. Instead, she brought us ranch. When we told her that it was ranch instead of blue cheese, she argued us down that it was, indeed, blue cheese. We just let it go. Receipt comes out and guess what's marked down as far as our requested dressing? Ranch! THEN, it took forever and a day for me to receive the oysters. We were at the point of wanting the check and the oysters still hadn't been brought to our table. I flagged her down and asked how much longer. She said two minutes. It took another 10. The kicker? When she brought them, after I've waited for the entire duration of our visit for them, they weren't even the ones that I ordered. Instead, I was given the baked parmesan mozzarella oysters. I told her about this and, once again, she argued me down that they were, in fact, rockefeller. I reassured her that those were baked parmesan mozzarella. The topping on them is exactly what you would expect if you ordered chicken parmesan or eggplant parmesan from a restaurant. Definitely not rockefeller oysters! True, she did put in the order correctly as far as the oysters. However, as an employee, she should know the difference between the various oyster options available on the menu. That way, even if the kitchen staff got it wrong, she could look at them and say, "Hey, this isn't what my customer ordered!" Instead she was so busy trying to be right that she didn't have the common decency to call over another staff member who might know the difference between the oysters or even go back to the kitchen and ask the staff what type of oysters they'd given her. We will definitely not be back!!! This was the first time and the last time! Absolutely horrible! Even more horrible is the fact that we had to pay over $40 for food that we didn't even request and that took forever for us to receive! I would absolutely positively not recommend this place to anyone!

Ummm. Where to start?? First the smell of the place reminds me of the veterinarian we take our dog. Second the crowd outside that drew us in turned out to be the employees. Third the cheese on my burger I was not sure it was cheese. Never again! 1 star because you have too

Appetizer .Had the wings mild (extra crispy) with hot sauce on the side. Excellent. Better than yard bird. Had the double grill cheese mushroom and Swiss burger. Cooked exact. Excellent & huge!!! Wife had the low country boil bucket with huge shrimp, crab legs cook right. Real excited to have something in Phenix City to yelp about.

This is a fun place to chill out with a large group. The music is not too loud so you can actually talk to each other and have a conversation. We had the Grilled Cheese Burger which was awesome - a burger with a fried egg between two grilled cheese sandwiches and onion rings on top. Wide variety of drinks available. The waitresses were friendly and efficient. Overall a great experience. I would come back here again.
